Having supplied and installed Terrestrial TV aerials and Satellite TV dishes to residential customers for several years since 1990, we pleasantly found that our customers had been so happy with our service and professionalism, that they were happy to keep coming back to us for additional works that would arise, such as extra TV points, mounting televisions to the wall etc.

After having similar discussions with several of our customers, it became clear as to the value of a customer being able to entirely trust a tradesman to carry out a task correctly, safely and to the price agreed.

Home security was becoming more of a requirement for homeowners and with the rapid progression of technology, had become much more user friendly, with the additional benefit of being able to monitor the home whilst away from it, on smartphones, tablets and laptops.

We were being told more and more that it would be great for our customers, if we could do that for them as well.

So, as the customer is always right, in 2015 we set up our security division to add to the services that we already offered.

For the residential customer we tend to recommend wired CCTV systems, but if the cabling of these looks to be an insurmountable issue, we will explore a wireless alternative.

We always aim to use as high a resolution camera as possible and provide a digital/network video recorder (DVR/NVR), with capacity for a minimum of 30 days continuous recording but we will listen to your requirements/budget and recommend accordingly.

An average property benefits from at least four cameras for good all-round coverage but we are more than happy to start with just one.
